AI Night School

Don't start over. Add AI. Learn tonight. Build tomorrow. Perform. Pivot. Get paid.

Practical AI training, built first for independent insurance adjusters. Five nights, live, 7–9 PM Eastern. You already learned Xactimate. You can learn this.

School starts Monday, September 28 at 8 PM Eastern. When class starts, enrollment closes. You don't have to be early — but you can't be late.

Join Homeroom (opens Skool in a new tab) $1/month — everybody starts in Homeroom. That's the door.

AI Night School gives you the room, the reps, and a build that works — before AI leaves you behind.

This Is The Founding Cohort

One class. Five nights. The first group of adjusters to go through it. You'll bring one real problem from your actual work, and by Friday you'll have used AI to do something about it — live, with me, not from a replay you never finish.

There's no cold checkout into the cohort. You go through $1/month Homeroom, finish three short prerequisites, and paid enrollment unlocks on its own. It doesn't charge you. It just opens the door.

What you're enrolling in

Mon Sept 28 – Fri Oct 2, 2026. Live 8–9 PM ET Night Class every night; a 7–8 PM ET Build Lab if you're on the Graduation Track. Friday is Demo Night.

Hard close: Monday, Sept 28 at 8:00 PM ET. No joining Tuesday. Homeroom stays open all year for the next cohort.

Founding cohort · no seat cap · $1 Homeroom → $27 or $97 ticket

You don't have to be early. But you can't be late.

I Don't Just Teach This. I Do This.

This class is taught by someone using AI in paid work right now — not a course marketer who read about it. That's the whole reason it exists.

The founder speaking on an AI Night School stage, mic in hand.
AI Night School — on stage
Recent college speaking engagement$500 / hour
Standing consulting & speaking rate$500 / hour
A small app, running today$500 / month
A current AI / software contract$20k up front + $2.5k / mo

The full Graduation Track is about 10 live hours. Ten hours with me privately at my normal rate would run $5,000. The class is $97.

These are the founder's own results, shared as proof the skill pays — not a claim of typical outcomes and not a promise about what you'll earn. Your results are your own.

I don't just teach this. I do this.

It's Not That You're Slow. Nobody Taught You The Right Thing.

Most "learn AI" advice hands you tips and tricks. None of it sticks, because the actual skill is somewhere else.

Problem 01

You collected prompts

Your Notes app is full of prompts you'll never use again. A prompt with no context behind it is a junk drawer, not a skill.

Problem 02

Your AI doesn't know you

Generic in, generic out. It has no idea who you are, what your work looks like, or what "good" means for you — so it guesses.

Problem 03

You learned to watch

Every course you've tried was a video you half-finished. You don't get the skill from watching. You get it from building one real thing.

$27 Teaches You. $97 Builds With You.

Two tickets, one Homeroom in front of both. Pick based on whether you want to learn it or leave with it.

$27 · Come learn

General Admission

The live 8–9 PM ET Night Class, Monday–Friday. Ask questions live. Build along if you want. Live only — no replays.

$97 · Come build

Graduation Track

Everything above, plus the 7–8 PM Build Lab, the required cumulative build, replays through the completion window, and a real evaluation.

The outcome

Graduate

Pass the evaluation and you get permanent Graduate status, a Certificate of Completion, a transcript, and Alumni eligibility.

The Curriculum

Five Nights

Monday you understand it. Friday you prove it works. Every night in between adds one piece to the thing you're building.

I

Understand it

How we actually got to AI — 70 years, not one chatbot in 2022. Enough history and systems thinking that the rest of the week stops feeling like magic.

MON · 7–8 Build Lab · 8–9 Night Class
II

Give it context

The Five Layers of Context — Identity, World, Task, Example, Constraint. Turn your real workflow into a reference sheet the AI can reuse.

TUE · 7–8 Build Lab · 8–9 Night Class
III

Give it memory

Stop re-explaining yourself every session. Durable, organized context that carries between conversations — plain files, not another app to buy.

WED · last call to upgrade $27 → $97 before 8 PM ET
IV

Put it to work

Pick one bounded job. Give the AI the minimum access it needs. Decide what stays human. Run it on a real task and keep the proof.

THU · 7–8 Build Lab · 8–9 Night Class
V

Prove it works

Final Build Lab, a short "now what," then Graduation / Demo Night — build defenses, live or private, same standard. It may run past 9.

FRI · 7–8 Final Lab · 8:00–8:20 lesson · 8:20 → Demo Night

Two Rooms

The 8–9 Night Class is for everyone. The 7–8 Build Lab is where Graduation Track students turn each night's idea into their cumulative build.

7:00–8:00 PM ET · Build Lab

Graduation Track only

  • Open your prerequisite outputs and confirm your tools work
  • Build the night's piece into your cumulative project
  • Test against a real task and collect proof
  • By Friday it's one finished build you can demonstrate
8:00–9:00 PM ET · Night Class

General Admission + Graduation Track

  • The live teaching hour, Monday through Friday
  • Participate and ask questions in real time
  • General Admission: build assignments optional
  • Friday: short final lesson, then Graduation / Demo Night

Attendance helps you learn; the completed build is what proves you learned. A Graduation Track student who misses live sessions can still graduate by doing the work and demonstrating it within the window.

Tuition

Pick Your Ticket

One dollar to get in the building. Then a one-time ticket for the cohort. Alumni comes later, and only if you graduate.

Homeroom $1 / month

Mandatory admissions gate, open year-round. Three prerequisites, then enrollment unlocks. Cancel anytime.

General Admission $27 one-time

Learn with me. Live 8–9 PM ET Night Class, Mon–Fri, plus Demo Night. Live only, no replays. No graduation pathway from this ticket alone.

Build with me Graduation Track $97 one-time

Everything in General Admission, plus the 7–8 PM Build Lab, the cumulative build, replays through the seven-day window, a Graduation Build evaluation, and — on a pass — a Certificate, a transcript, and Alumni eligibility.

Founding Alumni $49 / month

Graduate-only. Invitation goes out after the seven-day graduation window — never an auto-charge. The $49 rate holds while you stay active.

Already in at $27? Upgrade to $97 for the $70 difference — any time before Wednesday's 8:00 PM ET class begins. A timely upgrade unlocks the earlier Build Labs and replays so you can catch up.

AI Ain't Taking Your Job. Somebody Using It Might.

The work keeps moving — claim volume, turnaround expectations, documentation, the same reports and updates over and over. Every month you wait is another month of doing by hand what the person next to you handed to a system.

No fake scarcity here.
The founding cohort has no seat cap. Nobody's going to tell you seats are running out.
The only real limit is Mon, Sept 28 · 8:00 PM ET.

This isn't about hype and it isn't about fear. It's one dollar to start, five nights to build something, and a real deadline. That's it.

Who This Is For

This is you if…

  • You've been putting off AI because it feels like one more thing you're behind on.
  • You write the same kinds of summaries, updates, and reports over and over.
  • You've tried ChatGPT, gotten generic answers, and figured it wasn't for you.
  • You want AI doing the low-value repetition so you can do the actual work.

This isn't…

  • A coding bootcamp. No code required to graduate.
  • A prompt-pack you'll never open again.
  • A tool that decides coverage. AI drafts; you decide.
  • An accredited college course, or a promise of a job or income.

Built first for independent adjusters — that's the trade we know inside and out. But the method's the same no matter what you do: if your week runs on repetitive reports, documentation, or a system you had to learn the hard way, this works for you too.

Before You Ask

Do I need to know how to code?

No. No coding background is required, and a build with no code in it can absolutely graduate. The point is a working AI workflow that solves a real problem — the tool follows the job, not the other way around.

What's the real difference between $27 and $97?

$27 is the live 8–9 PM ET Night Class — come learn, ask questions, live only, no replays. $97 adds the 7–8 PM ET Build Lab every night, the cumulative build, replay access through the seven-day window, and the graduation pathway: evaluation, certificate, transcript, and Alumni eligibility.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes — from $27 to $97 for the $70 difference, any time before Wednesday's 8:00 PM ET class begins. A timely upgrade unlocks the earlier Build Labs and replays so you can catch up. After that Wednesday deadline, you stay General Admission for the cohort.

What if I miss a night?

General Admission is live-only, so you miss that class. Graduation Track students have replay access through the seven-day window, and attendance isn't the graduation standard anyway — the completed, demonstrated build is. You can still graduate if you do the work.

What happens if I get NOT YET?

That's the normal path, not a mark against you. NOT YET names one specific thing to fix. You correct it and resubmit within seven days of Demo Night — the founding cohort's final deadline is Friday, October 9.

Is Homeroom really just $1?

Yes — $1/month, and it's genuinely the only way in. It's not a free trial and not a fake cheap membership; it's admissions and readiness. You cancel whenever you want and it stops the next renewal.

Is it accredited? Are there refunds?

Not accredited — it's practical education, not college credit. The current intent is no refunds on completed purchases or membership periods already paid, subject to applicable law. Access differences ($27 live-only vs. $97 replays) are spelled out before you buy.
